A new initiative featured interview case preparation and mock interview sessions conducted by MBAEx alumni to help the current MBAEx batch to enhance their placement readiness and career development mindset.
- The first workshop of the series was held on September 21 and 22, 2024 with MBAEx alumni, Mr. Krishna Kumar Sankaranarayan (Senior Advisor, Ernst and Young - Batch 1 alumnus), Mr. Gautam Shetty (Senior Manager, Accenture - Batch 6 alumnus) and Ms. Srijita Niyogi (Consultant, Accenture - Batch 16 alumnus).
- The second workshop was held on September 28 and 29, 2024 with Mr. Sanjay Rao (Senior Director, SR Recruitment Consultants - Batch 1 alumnus), Mr. Harraj Singh (Principal Product Manager, Envoy Global - Batch 10 alumnus) and Mr. Anindya Chakraborty (Associate Director PwC - Batch 10 alumnus).
- There was a simulated 6-hours mock interview and Industry Fit consulting per student per alumni across both these event days – so a pre-placement experience was hyper-personalized for each student over 2 + 2 days, in a workshop mode in a first of its kind attempt – a joint venture by the student placement prep team from the Career Development and Placement Office (CDPO) in collaboration with the Alumni Engagement Team from MBAEx programme vertical.
