PGPEX-VLM is a unique one-year full time residential program for executives, jointly offered by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras under the aegis of MoE and DPIIT.

In AY 2023-24 (PGPEX-VLM Batch 17), 38 students participated in the placement process and received a total of 39 offers. Students have received exciting offers from various organizations across industries, allowing them to transition into their desired industry, roles, or functions.
Various Recruiters hired graduates for their leadership roles. Some of the prominent names are: Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and ZF were top recruiters by numbers. Global recruiter like African Industry also participated in the process for the first time.
Consulting, Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceuticals, Auto Parts & Manufacturing are the sectors the students got offers from, where in Consulting dominated the placements by 59 percent of the total offers.
