Corrigendum in the Tender Document - CC/2017retender/CAMPUS/AP-Switch/1,2..6
This is to notify that for the tender floated on 9.8.2017 for Supply, installation commissioning, integration and maintenance of Network and Networking equipment (Approx. – 10 Nos. layer 2 switches, 50 Nos. Controller based Wi-Fi APs) and seamless integration with the institute LAN vide newspaper (Times of India and Telegraph) and our official website iimcal.ac.in the last date for submission has been extended by two (2) weeks with effect from from 25.8.2017. The last date for submission is to 8.9.2017.
Annexure- A. Bidder’s Pre qualification Criterion

| 2 | Bidder should have at least 5 years of networking experience in executing at least 3 Campus LAN projects in India. |
| 3 | Bidder should have 10 valid OEM certified Level 3 engineers posted in the offices in India. |
| 4 | Bidder must have support office/ 24x7 help desk at Kolkata for service support |
| 5 | Bidder should have a spare depot in Kolkata |
| 6 | Highest level / tier of partnership with OEM for active components in the last 2 years. |
| 7 | Bidder should be ISO 9001:2000 or ISO 27001 or ISO 20,000 certified. |
| 8 | Average Annual in the last 3 financial years (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17) has to be at least 100 Crore Turnover |
| 9 | Profits must have been made for 2 years out of the 3 preceding years and the average of 3 Years must be greater than zero. |
| 10 | Bidder should supply Manufacturer Authorization Format (MAF) from the OEM |
Annexure-B. OEM Prequalification Criteria for Active component

Sealed tenders in two bid system (two separate envelopes - one for techno-commercial bid and the other for price bid) are invited from bona fide and experienced vendors having adequate credential in similar nature of work for the following jobs:
Supply, installation commissioning, integration and maintenance of Network and Networking equipment (Approx. - 10 Nos. layer 2 switches, 50 Nos. Controller based Wi-Fi APs) and seamless integration with the institute LAN.
Intending vendors are required to purchase tender documents containing detailed requirements. This may be obtained on any working day between 10-00 a.m. and 4-00 p.m. from the office of the Computer Centre on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2000/- (Rs Two Thousand only) by demand draft in favor of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and payable at a Bank in Kolkata. Bidders need to purchase the tender to participate in the pre-bid meeting.

Outstation parties must send an application to reach within the last date specified. These must be addressed to the Chairperson, L&CSC, along with Demand Draft as mentioned above.
Offer must be submitted by hand at the office of the Computer Centre or by post to the Chairperson, L&CSC latest by 3.00 p.m., 23rd August, 2017.
The Institute reserves the right to modify the requirements and reject all the tenders, wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
