Cluster Cohort Policy
IIM Calcutta follows a Cluster Cohort Policy, which is as follows:

The Cluster Cohort policy at IIM Calcutta organizes companies into cohorts based on their core business areas, grouping competitors and similar firms together. These cohorts are further clustered based on student preferences, determined through a scoring system where students rate their interest in each cohort. The highest-scoring cohorts form Cluster 1, the next set forms Cluster 2, and so on, with each cluster's process completed within a week and breaks in between for assessments. mapping, which can change each cycle based on various factors, also ensures the system remains dynamic and responsive to both student preferences and logistical considerations.
