Q1. Who is eligible to apply for the PGDBA Exam 2025?
- A candidate must hold a graduate/post-graduate degree with 10+2+4 or 10+2+5 or 10+2+3+2, with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B.Tech./ B.E./ M.Sc./ M.Com. or equivalent). A one-year MBA will not be considered the equivalent of an M.Sc./ M.Com.
- Candidates with 10+3 (Engineering diploma) + 3 (lateral entry into B.E./ B.Tech.) with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B.Tech./ B.E.), or with 10+2+4 (B.Sc.) with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale in the Qualifying Degree (i.e., B.Sc.), or with qualified CA/CS/ICWA with at least 60% marks (Intermediate and Final examinations of the CA/CS/ICWA considered together) are also eligible.
- For SC/ ST and Person with Disabilities (PwD) category candidates, the qualifying marks for eligibility shall be 55% or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale.
- The CGPA will not be converted into percentage marks even if the degree-awarding Institute provides marks in the CGPA system. Their admission will be based on the CGPA awarded in the transcript. If the CGPA is on a different scale than 10, the eligibility of a candidate will be based on the equivalence of the CGPA on a 10-point scale.
- Candidates in their final year are also eligible to apply, provided they appear in the final examination and complete the other academic requirements specified above by Monday, June 30, 2025. In such cases, admission will be provisional, subject to submitting the final mark sheet by Monday, December 1, 2025.

Q16. In case the website does not work, and I am unable to complete my application, what should I do?
If the registration website is not accessible for any reason, please close your Internet browser and try again. Ensure you have having stable internet connection. The Registration/Application form is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.

Q17. I have completed 5-year dual degree course (BTech + MTech, BS+MS, BTech + MSc etc.). How do I enter my marks for a bachelor’s degree?
Q18. A) I have an SC/ST certificate in the format uploaded on the IIM-C PGDBA 2025 website. Can I use the same certificate, or do I have to download the certificate template from the IIM-C PGDBA website and fill it out again?
If your certificate fulfils the following conditions, you can upload the same certificate:
- The certificate should have been issued by a competent authority on or after 1st April, 2024
- The name of the caste and caste number should appear on the certificate.
- The Ministry's resolution/order number should be available.
- The certificate should be in Hindi or English only.
The authorities competent to issue the certificate are: District Magistrate /Additional District Magistrate /Collector /Deputy Commissioner /Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / I Class Stipendiary Magistrate /City Magistrate /Taluka Magistrate /Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner /Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate /President Magistrate /Revenue Officers not below the rank of Tahsildar /Sub Divisional Officer of the area where the person and his family normally resides /Development Officer.
Note:
The certifying authority should be the one concerned with the locality in which the person applying for a certificate has his permanent place of abode. Revenue Authorities have been empowered to issue certificates based on a certificate issued by an MP, MLA, Gazetted Officer, etc. But they should do so only after proper verification and after having satisfied themselves with the corrections.

Q19. I have changed my name with due procedure after completing my degree. Should I enter my name as per the degree certificate or the changed name?
Q20. What should I do if I have not received the password or have lost the SMS?
If you have not received the password or have lost the SMS, click the Forgot User ID/Password option on the Existing User login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered Email ID and a Captcha string. The new password will be sent to your registered email address.
Note: Regenerated passwords will not be sent as an SMS.
