Biography
Mr. Chandra has done his Bachelor of Science (Honours Course) in 1978 and Master of Science in 1980 from the University of Delhi. Thereafter, he did a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard University in 1998. He is also a Japan - World Bank Merit Scholarship awardee. He is a retired IAS Officer and have served in senior management profiles in different organizations affiliated to various State Governments and the Union of India.
