E-Tenders are invited by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as “IIMC”) under Two-Bid System i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid from eligible registered Agencies/Firms/ Companies/Service Providers to provide Jobs/Services for OFFICE PEON SERVICES/MAINTENANCE & OPERATION OF TELEPHONE SYSTEMS, DRIVING / MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF INSTITUTE’S BUSES, AMBULANCE AND OTHER VEHICLES at the IIMC CAMPUS JOKA DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD KOLKATA 700104.The Period of contract is for 02 (two) years from the date of commencement of service, which will be reviewed every year based on the performance and on completion of two years, extension may also be considered up to 01 (one) year subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the Institute on the same terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
