NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Upgradation of Next Generation Firewall, Network Switches, Wireless Access Points (APs) and software for Finance LAB.
Annexure- A. Bidder’s Pre qualification Criterion
| Sl No | Description |
| 1 | Bidder should have executed at least 1 similar Campus LAN project of min 400 + edge switch ports, or 2 similar Campus LAN project of min 250 + edge switch ports in India in last 3 years. |
| 2 | Bidder should have at least 5 years of networking experience in executing at least 3 similar Campus LAN projects in India. |
| 3 | Bidder should have 10 valid OEM certified, Level 3 engineers posted in the offices in India. |
| 4 | Bidder must have support office/ 24x7 help desk at Kolkata for service support. |
| 5 | Partnership with OEM (Except NGFW) for active components in the last 2 Years. |
| 6 | Bidder should be ISO 9001:2000, ISO 27001 or ISO 20,000 certified. |
| 7 | Annual turnover in the last 3 financial years (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19) has to be at least 50 Crore Turnover. |
| 8 | Bidder should be a Registered company in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or equivalent. |
| 9 | Bidder should supply Manufacturer Authorization Format (MAF) from the OEM for this tender. |
Annexure-B. OEM Prequalification Criteria for Active component

| 1 | OEM should have supplied data network products for the past 10 years |
| 2 | OEM should have presence in India for the last 10 years |
| 3 | OEM should have multilevel certification courses / Training partners in India |
| 4 | OEM must have 24x7 help desk for service support in India |
| 5 | OEM must have one spare depot in Kolkata |
| 6 | OEM should be ISO 9001:2000 certified. |
| 7 | Profitable annual financial turnover over a period of last 3 years, according to the audited Balance Sheet |
Sealed tenders in two bid system (two separate envelopes - one for techno-commercial bid and the other for price bid) are invited from bona fide and experienced vendors having adequate credential in similar nature of work for the following jobs:
Supply, installation commissioning, integration and maintenance of Network and Networking equipment (Approx. - Next Generation Firewall, 1 No. L3 Switch, 3 layer 2 switches, 2 Nos. Ceiling mount Wi-Fi APs) and seamless integration with the institute LAN.

Bidder needs to download the documents from there. Tender must be submitted through CPP portal. Bidder should registered themselves to that portal prior to submission.
Tender Document Purchase Time: 04.12.2019 to 24.12.2019 till 16:00 Hrs IST
Bid Submission Deadline: 06th January, 2020 till 16:00 Hrs.
Offer must be submitted through CPP portal latest by 4 P.M. on Tuesday 26th December, 2019.
The Institute reserves the right to modify the requirements and reject all the tenders, wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.
