NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and experienced transport service providers for supply of Tata Winger (AC-13 seated) on monthly hire basis for IIM Calcutta, Joka for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st September, 2019 to 31st August, 2022.

Transport service providers may download the Tender Document from the Institute’s web-site: www.iimcal.ac.in or obtain the same from the transport department, IIM Calcutta, Kolkata-700104 on any working day between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. up to 7th August, 2019 and submit the same duly filled in within 8th August, 2019 by 2.00 P.M. along with Tender Fee, EMD & other documents as per the tender document to the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase). The tender will be opened on 8th August, 2019 at 2.15 P.M. at the Office of Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) in presence of the authorised representative of the bidders, if any.
