NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Diamond Harbour Road, Joka, invites sealed item rate Tenders from the intending contractors having adequate experience and credentials in similar nature of work in Govt. Sector in the standard format of the Institute. The detailed program and other information of tender are furnished below:

1. Name of work Peripheral bank protection work in the existing ponds near Amphitheater Building in IIMC campus, Joka.
2. Name of Division Engineering Division, IIMC
3. Contractors eligible to apply for purchase of tender documents Contractors having adequate experience and credentials in similar nature of work in Public Sector or in Industries, Good performance record and financial soundness.
4. Estimated cost of the work Rs. 50,59,123.00
5. Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 1,01,182.00 by bank draft drawn in favour of “IIMC Expansion Project Account”
6. Tender to be submitted In standard agreement format obtainable from IIMC against cash price.
7. Price of tender documents Rs.1,000.00 (by Cash)
8. Last date of application for purchase of tender documents 24/11/2017 by 5.00 P.M.
9. Sale of Tender documents to the prequalified contractors. 29th and 30th November 2017 up to 4.00 p.m.
10. Date and time for receiving tender 05.12.2017 up to 2-00 p.m.
11. Date and time for opening tender 05.12.2017 at 2-30 p.m.
12. Time for completion of work 2 Months

Intending contractors having adequate credential, experience, financial solvency and excellent track records in the respective field, are requested to apply for prequalification in their letter head along with copies of credentials and other records e.g. IT clearance, GST Registration, etc. IIM Calcutta reserves right to reject any or all applications and tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
