Subject: Procurement of “Kurl-on” Mattress protector for use of Hostels at IIMC.

Sealed quotations are invited from authorized dealers / distributers of “KURL-ON” for procurement of Mattress protector for use of Hostels at IIMC. Dealers / Distributers are requested to submit their quotation with sealed cover for the item as per prescribed format (mentioned below) in the drop box at the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, (Ground floor), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, D.H. Road, Joka, Kolkata-700104 by 2:00 P.M. on May 24, 2017. The quotation should be given on the basis of free delivery at the hostels of IIM Calcutta. The bidders need to mention the Delivery Schedule and Taxes & Duties to be charged.

The tenders will be opened on May 24, 2017 at 2:15 P.M. at the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Joka, Kolkata 700104 in presence of authorized attending representatives of the bidders.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The delivery has to be made within 07(Seven) days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
  2. L1 Vendor will be selected based on the lowest quoted rate of the said item.
  3. Any re-type/over-writing, mistake in any calculation while quoting the item, the tender may not be accepted.
  4. The Vendor should attach the copy of Authorized dealer or distributor certificate from Kurl-on, Trade License, PAN Card, and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender Form duly signed and sealed.
  5. Payment will be made within 15 working days from the date of submission of bill after delivery of the goods.
  6. The Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
