TENDER NOTICE

Quotations are invited in sealed envelop from Book Suppliers for supply of books titled (1)“Giant Steps in Management: Innovations that Change the Way You Work” by MoI published by Pearson Publishing, (2)“Management Matters” by Broughton, published by Pearson Publishing (3)“Classic Drucker Collection” by Peter Drucker published by Routledge (4)“Technology, Management and Society” by Peter Drucker published by Butterworth-Heinemann and (5)“The Little Black Book of Innovation” by Scott D. Anthony, Published by Harvard University Press for Term-V course on “Information Technology and Business Innovation”.
The details like List Price of the book, Percentage of discount, Net Price of the book and Expected date of delivery from date of closing of this tender are required while submitting the quotation of the book.
Please note that the Quotation should be signed by an authorized signatory of the vendor with full name, status and signature along with the official seal of the firm and addressed to the Chairperson (PGP), IIM Calcutta. Name of the titled book should be mentioned on the envelope.
The Books should be delivered at free of freight charges at the Institute preferably during working hours and the Vendors will have to compulsorily submit chalan bearing details of the book at the time of the delivery. Penalty will be imposed for failure of delivery on time. The excess copy of the above book will have to be taken back from the Institute.
Quotations are to be submitted to the PGP Office by December 05, 2016 before 3.00 P.M.
