Sealed tenders in two bid system (two separate envelopes one for techno-commercial bid and the other for price bid) are invited from bona fide and experienced vendors having adequate credential in similar nature of work for the following jobs:

(a) Supply of two Internet Lease Lines (at least 320Mbps (1:1) and 14 Mbps (1:1)) for three years through underground FO cable terminating to vendor’s MUXs. From MUX, UTP cable will be connected to Layer 3 switches of the institute LAN.

(b) Development, installation, commissioning and maintenance of modules for Payroll /PF /Pension/Income Tax/Loans & Advances and seamless integration with the existing FAAS.

(c) IIMC intends to enlist vendors for supply of IT related products and services for a period of three years (for orders upto Rs. 1.5 lacs per order).

Intending vendors are required to purchase tender documents for (a), (b) and (c) separately containing detailed requirements which may be obtained on any working day between 10-00 a.m. and 4-00 p.m. from the office of the Computer Centre on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2500/- for tender (a), Rs 2500/- for tender (b) and Rs. 250/- for (c) by demand draft in favor of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and payable at a Bank in Kolkata.

Outstation parties must send an application to reach within the last date specified. These must be addressed to the Chairperson, L&CSC, along with Demand Draft as mentioned above.

Offer must be submitted by hand at the office of the Computer Centre or by post to the Chairperson, L&CSC latest by 4.00 p.m., 2nd July, 2015.

The Institute reserves the right to modify the requirements and reject all the tenders, wholly or partly without assigning any reason thereof.

Bidders Pre-Qualification for purchasing the tender for (a)

1 The ISP should be a member of NIXI (National Internet Exchange of India).
2 Tier I / Class A ISP – The bidder should have Class A ISP License.
3 The ISP should have at least 3 Cable Landing stations (Multiple international path) or should have leased capacity in at least 3 Cable Landing stations (Multiple international path) as international Gateways in India.
4 The ISP should have at least 200 international Points of Presence(PoP)
5 Bidder should have minimum 150Gbps of aggregate exit capacity from India.
6 The bidder should have at least an aggregate bandwidth of 150Gbps of subscribed customers
7 The ISP should provide the Last mile connection through Optical Fiber Cable (Underground)
8 The bidder should support IPv6 on the Internet backbone with Dual Stackable capacity
9 ISP should have their own/direct access to international gateway in India, for providing Internet bandwidth, which should be connected onto international fiber systems only (not on satellite)
10 The ISP should have a fully functional Customer Service Centre in this region which is operational 24/7.
11 The bidder should have Total aggregate Backbone capacity of more than 1500Gbps.
12 The ISP should have fully resilient and self-healing network architecture, on fiber medium, for the domestic backbone up to the international gateway in India
13 The ISP should have centralized trouble ticketing tool for call logging, monitoring and Troubleshooting purpose
14 ISP should not be Blacklisted in any PSU OR Govt. Organization in last three years
15 ISP Should have 50+ Peering partners globally provides routing flexibility
16 ISP Should support port speed up to 10 Gig of capacity
17 ISP Should have ISO 27001 Certified
18 ISP Should have 24x7 NOC on a BCP Mode
19 ISP should have 24x7x365 online technical support.
20 ISP should have 24x7x365 online call login facility through e-mail, toll free no. & call login portal.
21 ISP must have local helpdesk within city for technical support & call login.
22 ISP must have multi city call login & online support customer service center in India.
23 ISP must have on call engineer for attending any urgent issue at customer premise.
24 ISP’s helpdesk should use call login software to logr should have a minimum annual turnover in software development/services of Rs. 1.5 Crores for the financial year 2013-14, and the tenderer should be a profit making company.
6 The tenderer should possess sufficient experience of executing assignment which involves process improvement of financial processes and should show five such assignments in the last five years.
7 The tenderer should be a SEI CMM at least level 1 or ISO 9001:2008 company.

Bidders Pre-Qualification for purchasing the tender for (c)

1 The vendor must have office in Kolkata at least since last 4 years
2 Doing similar business for at least last 3 years with the items
3 The company must have minimum sales turnover of 10 lacs per year for the last two financial (2012-13, 2013-14) years.
4 The company must have VAT registration
5 The company must have Service Tax Registration
6 The company must have income tax PAN
7 Should be a profitable company for last 2 years
