1. Tender for “AMC of operation, minor maintenance ( Reparing) & servicing of different type & model central AC plant of Library Bldg. & CAM Center along with full comprehensive maintenance of Auditorium AC plant at IIMC Campus, Joka.Sealed item rate tenders in two bid system are invited by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (i.e. IIMC) for the works “AMC of operation, minor maintenance ( Reparing) & servicing of different type & model central AC plant of Library Bldg. & CAM Center along with full comprehensive maintenance of Auditorium AC plant at IIMC Campus, Joka. The two bid system of tender shall consist of Technical Bid (Envelope-I) duly sealed and superscribed with the words “Technical Bid” and “Price Bid” (Envelope-II) superscribed with the words “Price-Bid”. Both the envelopes shall be kept in third envelope duly superscribed with the words “AMC of operation, minor maintenance ( Reparing) & servicing of different type & model central AC plant of Library Bldg. & CAM Center along with full comprehensive maintenance of Auditorium AC plant at IIMC Campus, Joka.
