NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Request for Proposals and Quotation for Providing Online Assessment Solution, through CPP portal (Central Public Procurement Portal), for Admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics jointly offered by Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Indian Statistical Institute and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

1. The Bidder should be a company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 2013 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and who have their registered offices in India. No Consortium of Bidders will be allowed in this regard. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. The Bidder should be ISO-27001 (Information Security Management System standards), ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certified Copy of Certificates/ Self Certificate
3. The Bidder should have CMMI level 5 certifications for either Service or Development Copy of the certificates
4. The Bidder must use 256-bit encryption for Question paper transfer Self-declaration
5. The Bidder should have conducted online/CBT assessment of at least 7000 candidates per session (1 session per day) at National Level for the past 3 years. The Bidder must have prior experience in conducting CBT in the cities mentioned in Annexure 1. Work order and completion certificates
6. The average annual turnover of the Bidder should be at least 25 crores in the last 3 financial years Audited Annual Accounts / certificate from chartered accountant should be enclosed
7. The Bidder should have at least 500 full-time employees on its payroll in each of the last three (3) financial years. Audit statement of previous financial year mentioning the number of full-time employees, or a certificate by the Company Secretary of the firm.
8. The Bidder must have its own or hired primary data centres with DR site infrastructure for Data Security. Data centres should be located in India in different seismic zones. The data centre must be TIER III and ISO certified. Data centre should be certified as per the Government of India Guidelines. Data Centre certificate
9. The Bidder should never have been blacklisted by any Central Government/State Government/ PSU/Government Bodies/Autonomous Bodies/Private Sector Self-declaration signed by the Authorized Signatory
10. The Bidder should have conducted exams on an All India basis in at least 25 cities. Work-order/certificate in this regard as proof.

Note: Only those bidders who meet the above minimum criteria will be considered for technical evaluation.

Relevant Tender documents and price quotation should be submitted only on CPP portal in prescribed format mentioned in NIT doc uploaded at CPP portal.

Tender documents containing details may be obtained from the Website CPP PORTAL, (https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app). Bidder needs to download the documents from there. Tender must be submitted through CPP portal. Bidder should registered themselves to that portal prior to submission.
